MargaretAnne will layer cardio fat-burning moves, sculpting, core focused exercises, weights and resistance training to improve your muscle tone, strength, and flexibility. No two classes are the same. Everyone is welcome ~ first-timers wanting to start an exercise routine to the advanced fitness person wanting to add to their daily exercise routine. MargaretAnne will make sure you sweat away those calories with a great workout. Join her for an hour of fitness fun and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. If you can’t commit to a full session, take as many classes as you’d like for the $8 drop in rate per class. There will be no class on January 12th, January 15th, and February 19th.

Have you heard of Louisa VA Rocks? Well, let your kids participate in the LCPRT version of this fun interactive activity. Children get creative and participate in their very own scavenger hunts and have their results posted on our Facebook page! Kids ages 6 and older (and their parents, too) will enjoy painting rocks and then hiding them throughout the county. When someone finds a painted rock, they can post their picture on our Facebook page also. Incorporated in these rock painting classes will be one of instructor Jessica Mehlhaff’s favorite outdoor books, that each child will be able to take home with them. What a great way to incorporate the love for reading into an anyday adventure! Registration deadlines are the Tuesday prior to class date
