Join MargaretAnne in this light and lively No-Low Impact Workout! As we mature, our joints don’t like the impact and we begin to slow down. MargaretAnne has taken the best of all of the workouts available and modified them so anyone can do them~standing, using a chair for support, or sitting. This is not an easy workout by no means...you WILL sweat, you WILL work muscles in new ways, and MargaretAnne WILL encourage you to ensure you get the most out of each class and see those results - a stronger, leaner you! This class is for everyone, whether just beginning or wanting to try something new. Please wear supportive shoes (sneakers are ideal) and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. If you can’t commit to a full session drop in to as many classes as you’d like for $8 per class. Four person minimum for entire session is required to offer these classes.

MargaretAnne will use balance techniques, exercises and movements to strengthen your muscles and improve your core strength which will improve your balance and reduce your fear of falling. This is a great class for anyone wanting to improve their balance and flexibility - first timers, senior citizens, folks with arthritis or long-term health conditions and for those recovering from an injury or surgery. If you can’t get up and down easily from the floor - this class is for you too! All levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle and wear supportive shoes (comfortable sneakers are ideal). If you can’t commit to a full session take as many classes as you’d like for the $8 drop in rate per class. Four person minimum for entire session is required to offer these classes.

Start your week with Sunday morning yoga. Yoga is a great way to tone, lengthen and strengthen your muscles. Not to mention improve balance, flexibility, increase mental alertness, and de-stress. This early Sunday morning class is just what you need to spend some quality time on YOU. Yoga Instructor MargaretAnne will invigorate you with uplifting yoga flows and poses, and calm you with breathing and relaxation techniques. Take the class to YOUR level: gentle to ease yourself into Monday or challenge yourself to kick-start your week. All yoga levels are welcome as Yoga is a ‘practice’ not a ‘perfect’ so everyone - young or old can participate. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle and spend Sunday morning focused on you! If you can’t commit to a whole session take as many classes as you’d like for the $9 drop in rate per class. There will be no class on May 27th, August 5th and August 12th.

Take a break and spend time on YOU doing chair yoga! Using a chair as a prop, the class will be gentle enough for a well-needed break, but challenging enough so you will see the results. Improve your balance, strength, flexibility, stamina and mental alertness, and de-stress as you hold poses and flows with this alignment-based class. MargaretAnne will invigorate you and relax you in this class that will make you use your muscles, but won’t make you sweat ~ so you will be able to head back to work or run your errands after your workout. All yoga levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. If you can’t commit to the whole session, drop in to as many classes as you’d like for $7 per class.
