Qbase-McNeil Integrated Solutions Joint Venture (QMIS) Wins $360 Million Contract with U.S. ICE

Qbase, LLC and AECOM Technology Corporation (formerly known as McNeil Technologies) have announced their Qbase-McNeil Integrated Solutions (QMIS) Joint Venture has been awarded a 6 year, $360 million contract with the U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. 

Under the contract, QMIS will provide program management and mission-critical information technology support services to U.S. ICE customers worldwide.

Qbase has chosen Louisa, Virginia for its Program Management Office (PMO). 

Says Jim Stocks, Qbased Information Technology Field Operations (ITFO) Program Manager, "We love the Louisa location because of its close proximity to major metropolitan areas such as Richmond, Charlottesville and Fredericksburg, Virginia, as well as Washington, DC. The rural setting and lack of traffic and congestion were also appealing factors."

Qbase, LLC and AECOM Technology Corporation (formerly known as McNeil Technologies), today announced their
Qbase-McNeil Integrated Solutions (QMIS) Joint Venture has been awarded a 6 year, $360 million contract with the
U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.

Under the contract, QMIS will provide program management and mission-critical information technology support
