The Louisa County Board of Supervisors meeting on Monday, April 4, 2022 included an action item to refer proposed revisions to Chapter 86 short-term rental requirements to the Planning Commission.
The proposed guidelines were developed in response to community concerns and with the benefit of all (the owner, occupant and community) in mind. Please find a one-page summary of the guidelines, as well as the corresponding proposed requirements in their entirety by clicking the image below.
The Board of Supervisors unanimously approved referring the proposed revisions to the Planning Commission. Prior to the adoption of any changes to Chapter 86, both the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors will hold public hearings.
