Aikido In Louisa

Emphasizing the discipline of mind and body, Aikido focuses on achieving harmony and peace within oneself. Aikido will focus on self-defense without injury, conflict resolution skills, and personal awareness. Open to ages 13 and older, beginners get individual attention from the instructor and senior students to become familiar with the basics of Aikido practice. Belt exam promotions are available as participants reach the required benchmarks. Instructor Jeff Martin has over 23 years of experience and received his Shidoin certificate in 2014. Discounts will be given to families with 3 or more members enrolled, as well as those only able to attend once a week. There will be no class on January 20th and Spring Break April 6th and April 8th.
