Artisan Bread Making

Artisan Bread making at home has never been easier. Let instructor Sharon Munyak, owner of the family owned and operated Hobby Hill Farm show you how to make artisan breads using a pizza stone, dutch oven and baking sheets. Each participant will receive our bread making vessel and two bread making kits of flour, salt, and yeast ($10 value included in the registration fee) that will make the best bread you have ever tasted. Discover the secrets of the trade and make preservative free bread for your family. This dough can be made in advance and will store up to 10 days. And, it literally takes under 10 minutes to prepare! The registration deadlines are October 22nd and December 10th, but you should register early!
