Tai Chi for Health

Join Master Trainer of the Tai Chi for Health Institute Meghan Bryant in this class. Students will learn a combination form that has all four traditional styles included (Chen, Yang, Sun). Participants will review forms learned in previous classes, while also learning new styles. All movements will have modifications available to make learning comfortable for all levels to enjoy! The new student course (6-6:30 p.m.) is designed to be stand alone classes, which are perfect for drop-ins ($5 per half-hour class), and will cover easy qigong movements and one Tai Chi movement per class. For the continuing student (6-7 p.m./$8 drop-in), the additional time will be used to continue their understanding and enjoyment of Tai Chi. There will be no class on May 14th, June 11th and September 10th.
