Join Master Trainer Meghan Bryant for this new Tai Chi class offering. This Qigong set was repackaged by Dr. Lam to help simplify and modify moves for all to gain chi (energy) quicker than normally possible with other Tai Chi practices. Learn what 5 elements the Chinese consider to be important in their health and how this can be gained simply through breathe to gain relaxation. Qigong movements will be practiced for 30 minutes, with the remaining time devoted to review of Tai Chi for Health forms.
