MA's No-Low Impact Workout

Join MargaretAnne in her No-Low Impact Workout! As we mature, our joints don’t like the impact and we begin to slow down. MargaretAnne has taken the best of all of the workouts available and modified them so anyone can do them~standing, using a chair for support, or sitting. This is not an easy workout by no means...you WILL sweat, you WILL work muscles in new ways, and MargaretAnne WILL encourage you to ensure you get the most out of each class and see those results - a stronger, leaner you! This class is for everyone, whether just beginning or wanting to try something new. Please wear supportive shoes (sneakers are ideal) and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Class meets each Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15 a.m. until 9:15 a.m. at the Betty Queen Center. Now there is a new way to join...with a 5 or 10 class MA’s Fitness Punch Pass! If you cannot commit to a punch pass, drop in to as many classes as you’d like for $8 per class.
