Join MargaretAnne in this light and lively No-Low Impact Workout! As we mature, our joints don’t like the impact and we begin to slow down. MargaretAnne has taken the best of all of the workouts available and modified them so anyone can do them~standing using a chair for support or sitting. This is not an easy workout by no means...you WILL sweat, you WILL work muscles in new ways, and MargaretAnne WILL encourage you to ensure you get the most out of each class and see results ~ a stronger, leaner you! This class is for everyone whether just beginning or wanting to try something new. Join her for 45 minutes of fitness fun and a 15 minute stretch and cool-down twice a week. Don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. If you can’t commit to a full session drop in to as many classes as you’d like for $8 per class. There will not be class on November 22nd and December 25th.
