Join Janice Hackney for this No-Low Impact Workout class! As we mature, our joints don’t like as much impact and we sometimes forget the importance of exercise. Even though it’s low impact, this is not an easy workout by no means...you WILL sweat, you WILL work muscles in new ways, and Janice WILL encourage you to ensure you get the most out of each class and see those results - a stronger, leaner you! This class is for everyone, whether just beginning or wanting to try something new. Please wear tennis shoes and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Join with a 5 or 10 class Fitness Punch Pass! If you cannot commit to a punch pass, drop in to as many classes as you’d like for $8 per class. There will be no class November 28th and session ends December 19th.
