Healthy Strides

Step up! You know you need to put a little more activity into your life. You’ve told yourself a hundred times you really should go to the track and walk a bit. But you never quite talked yourself into it, did you? So here is your opportunity to join some others with the same mind-set; those that want to take healthy strides and increase the physical activity in their lives. Open to anyone, young or old, fit or not-so-fit, first timers to fitness enthusiasts...join in and we will all gain the benefits of regular aerobic exercise. Healthy Strides will meet twice a week; Wednesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. starting June 2nd and continuing until July 10th at the LCHS old track. Join us each time or just when you can; it’s FREE. Meet some new friends and walk as a group, or stride at your own pace by yourself. We just want you to join in and take a few steps towards becoming healthier and happier through physical fitness!
