Do you want to get out get back into the workout routine that you had to put on hold because of COVID? Then join Janice Hackney for this morning low impact workout class! Utilizing strength exercises designed to improve your flexibility, balance, and your overall range of motion, this class is just what you need. Even though this workout is low impact, it will work your to help tone and strengthen your body and will be a great jump starter for your day! Please wear tennis shoes and bring a water bottle, towel and yoga mat. There will be no class on November 24th and November 26th.
