Body Basics With Janice

Do you want to get out and get back into the workout routine that you had before the pandemic? Then join Janice Hackney for this morning low impact workout class! Utilizing strength exercises that are designed to improve your flexibility, balance, and your overall range of motion, this class is just what you need. Even though this workout is low impact, it will help tone and strengthen your body and will be a great jump starter for your day! Please wear tennis shoes and bring a water bottle, towel and yoga mat.

The guidelines and requirements below outline the operations of the Louisa County Parks, Recreation and Tourism indoor fitness programs until further notice.

Only full program registration available.

No Drop-In participation will be allowed.

Fitness Guidelines:

  • Participants must remain at least ten feet apart during all activities.
  • Instructors and all participants of fitness classes will follow social distancing as required by guidelines.
  • Hand sanitizing stations available.
  • Masks may be required and social distancing will be followed.
  • Facility will be disinfected before and after each class.
