Join Janice Hackney for this low impact workout class! Utilizing strength exercises designed to improve your flexibility, balance, and your overall range of motion. Even though this workout is low impact, it will work your muscles to help tone and strengthen your body and will be a great jump starter for your day! Please wear tennis shoes and bring a water bottle, towel and yoga mat. This class meets every other week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
