Cardio Pump 'n Core Workout

Jump-start your mornings with MargaretAnne! You don’t need to spend hours sweating on a treadmill and lifting weights at the gym to reap the benefits of exercise. By layering cardio, core focused exercises, weights and resistance training to improve your muscle tone, strength, and flexibility, no two classes are the same so your workout will be always be fun and rewarding! Everyone is welcome...first-timers wanting to start an exercise routine to the advanced fitness person wanting to add to their exercise routine. MargaretAnne will make sure you sweat away those calories with a great workout. Join her for an hour of fitness fun and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. If you can’t commit to a full session take as many classes as you’d like for the $8 drop in rate per class. There will be no class on September 17th and 19th, October 8th and 24th, November 12th,14th and 23rd and December 12th, 24th and 26th. .
