Instructor Jody Melanson will lead you through a rigorous interval training workout that includes cardio, resistance training, and flexibility exercises. This fun yet challenging class will help you burn calories, improve strength, and develop muscle tone. Each workout is designed to push you to the max, but can be modified to fit wherever you are in your personal workout levels and goals.
