Are you ready to venture out and take part in a structured group workout class? Tired of having no energy and just sitting around the house all day? Then why not start your mornings with this Cardio Pump ‘n Core Workout program. Participants will perform cardio fat-burning moves and resistance training to improve muscle tone, strength, and flexibility. In this class, we will target all major muscle groups in a variety of ways, making all classes different and challenging. Class will include rigorous interval training sequences with high-intensity exercises designed to help you push yourself to the max, but can be modified to fit wherever you are in your personal workout level. Instructor Jody Melanson will make sure you burn away those calories with a great workout. Hand sanitizing station is available and social distancing will be enforced. You CAN get a great workout and be safe at the same time. Join Jody for an hour of fitness fun and don’t forget to bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and towel to class. Your body will thank you!
