Balance & Stretch Workout

MargaretAnne will use balance techniques, exercises and movements to tone muscles, core “work” to strengthen the mid-section, and end with gentle stretches. As a result, you will improve your balance and core strength reducing your risk of falling. This is a great class for first-timers, seniors, men and women wanting to improve their balance and flexibility or folks with arthritis, long-term health conditions, or those recovering from injuries or surgery. This class promotes muscle and bone flexibility which is important for the body’s reflexes. All levels are welcome. Please wear supportive shoes (sneakers are ideal) and bring a water bottle. Spend an hour twice a week and discover how much better you can feel. $8 drop-in rate available for those who cannot attend a full session. There will not be class on November 22nd and December 25th.
