Start your week with yoga. Yoga is a great way to tone, lengthen, and strengthen your muscles, as well as improve balance, flexibility, increase mental alertness, and de-stress. This early morning class is just what you need to spend some time on YOU.Instructor MargaretAnne will invigorate you with uplifting yoga flows and poses, and calm you with breathing and relaxation techniques. Take this class to YOUR level: gentle to ease yourself into Monday or challenge yourself to kick-start the new week ahead. All levels are welcome as yoga is a ‘practice’ not a ‘perfect.’ Everyone, young or old, can benefit from this class! Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Class meets each Sunday from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at the Henson Building. Now there is a new way to join...with a 5 or 10 class MA’s Fitness Punch Pass! If you cannot commit to a punch pass, drop in to as many classes as you’d like for $9 per class. There will be no class on Sunday, April 21st.
