  • Facility will be disinfected after each class.
Are you ready to get back to a regular indoor yoga class? LCPRT will be offering Yoga classes with a maximum of 13 participants per time session. Participants who had credits on the books from the Winter-Spring session will be given first option to sign up for available time slots. Email parksdesk@louisa.org to confirm your spot.

This class is for the student who needs to move gently into his/her yoga practice. If you’ve had none or very little experience with yoga, this is a great class for you. Come join Donya Bauer, E-RYT 500, in a friendly atmosphere where each student moves according to how they feel at any given moment. It is a great class for the beginning student or the person in recovery, and for the advanced students who know the importance of taking it slowly. Bring a yoga mat to class.
