Yoga for Well Being

This class is for the student who needs to move gently into his/her yoga practice. If you’ve had none or very little experience with yoga, this is a great class for you. Come join Donya Bauer, E-RYT 500, in a friendly atmosphere where each student moves according to how they feel at any given moment. It is a great class for the beginning student or the person in recovery, and for the advanced students who know the importance of taking it slowly. Bring a yoga mat to class. There is a $8 per class payment option available for those paying for less than 10 classes. Donya’s classes offer the ‘First Class Free’ option, so newcomers have nothing to loose by giving this class a try. Class meets each Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the Henson Building.
