Yoga For Well-Being is for the student who needs to move gently into his/her yoga practice. If you have had no or very little experience with yoga, this is a great class for you. Come join Donya Bauer, MA, E-RYT 500, in a friendly atmosphere where each student moves according to how they feel at any given moment. It is a great class for the beginning student or the person in recovery, and for the advanced students who know the importance of taking it slowly. Student input is essential and laughter is always encouraged. Bring a yoga mat to class. There is an $8 per class payment option available for those who wish to check out the class (newcomers are always welcome!) and for those paying for less than 10 classes. Class meets each Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the Henson Building. Why not give this class a try?
