Are you ready to get back to a regular indoor yoga class? LCPRT will be offering Yoga classes with a maximum of 13 participants per time session. Participants who had credits on the books from the Winter-Spring session will be given first option to sign up for available time slots. Email to confirm your spot.

This is a multi-level class for the new and returning student, the young, and the young at heart. It’s a great way to start your morning and a great place to laugh and enjoy as you move through different yoga postures. We will challenge you as well as encourage you in this class. Donya Bauer, E-RYT 500, teaches you to honor your body and do only what you know your body is ready to do. As you move through this class, your balance, strength, and flexibility will improve and you will discover a beautiful sense of relaxation. Student input is always welcome and individual attention is paramount. Bring a yoga mat to class.
