Internet Basics

COVID has shown us the importance of the internet, both with our children's education and our own personal shopping and educational needs. The ability to connect, learn, and advance is so far-reaching, but there is still knowledge required to safely navigate this great tool. Join us for this introductory to the internet and you will learn and access some of the internet's most handy and impactful offerings. For more than 10 years, instructor Keyon Johnson has worked in Information Systems providing hardware, software, and network support for businesses and organizations. He will teach you how to send and receive email, search and browse for information online, conduct financial transactions, and other basic computer troubleshooting issues. Learn the basics to be successful on the internet. Please bring a laptop or tablet device to use during this class.
