Everyone asks “How do you make cottage cheese?” This is your opportunity to learn Sharon Munyak’s secrets for making a large curd, great tasting cottage cheese without any preservatives. In this class you will also work with Paneer, another soft cheese that is commonly associated with Indian food. Let’s break out of our comfort zone and expand our cheese making skills!
