Eclairs & Profiteroles

Instructor Sharon Munyak, owner of Hobby Hill Farm, is sharing with us her recipes for bakery fresh eclairs and profiteroles! They are, without a doubt, the best things you will have ever put in your mouth. We will make the pastry, cook the eclairs and profiteroles, then fill them with different flavors of fillings~and did you know that profiteroles are great filled with cheese? Bring a small box with you to take home the masterpieces you make at class. The registration deadline is October 24th, but this will be one of her most delicious classes, so register early so you don’t miss out!
