Cream Puffs & Eclairs

Instructor Sharon Munyak, owner of Hobby Hill Farm, is sharing with us her recipe for bakery fresh cream puffs and eclairs! They are, without a doubt, the best things you have ever put in your mouth. We will make the pastry, cook the puffs, then fill them with multiple flavors of fillings. They will make the perfect party platter! Bring a small box with you to take home the puffs and eclairs you make at class. The registration deadline is August 6th, but just look at this picture....our class is sure to fill up fast!
