Gluten-Free Bread Making

For many people with wheat allergies or celiac disease, gluten-free cooking has become a way of life. Let instructor Sharon Munyak, owner of the family-owned and operated Hobby Hill Farm, show you how to make delicious white bread and cinnamon rolls without traditional white flour! Participant will receive two bread making kits (a $10 value) for the best gluten-free bread you have ever tasted.
