To say that these last dozen months or so have been stressful and disruptive to our everyday life is an understatement. During these classes, we will explore time-tested techniques that will relieve stress and awaken our natural potential for self-healing. Yoga postures will be practiced for strength and flexibility, gentle QiGong practices will harmonize your body, mind and spirit, self-massage allows for strengthening the immune system and balance your energy, and meditation will quiet your mind.
