Training under LCPRT’s Aikido in Louisa’s Sensei Jeff Martin in 2012, she initially got involved to find better posture to cope with chronic back pain. Sabine also teaches Aikido at Germanna Community College, UVA, and is head instructor at Twin Oaks Aikido. Come discover how Aikido can add a new level of fitness to your lifestyle.
