Tai Chi For Beginners

Tai Chi for Beginners is designed to help participants focus on a different Tai Chi movement each week. Students will also learn basic breathing exercises, which could help strengthen core muscles, that may in turn relieve back pain and joint stiffness. Join Master Trainer of the Tai Chi for Health Institute Meghan Bryant, who will lead modifications for each move to make learning comfortable for all levels to enjoy! Even if you are familiar with Tai Chi, this class is sure to enhance your understanding and enjoyment of this ancient art form.
