5 Element Qigong & Tai Chi Walking

Join Master Trainer Meghan Bryant as we practice the 5 Element Qigong series and find out how the breathe begins to aid in relaxation. Taking time to be still in this ever changing environment allows us time to step away and take time for ourselves. We then move on to focus on our steps with Tai Chi Walking to see how this same state of mind can be done while moving around. This calming practice can be utilized in our everyday life.

The guidelines and requirements below outline the operations of the Louisa County Parks, Recreation and Tourism indoor fitness programs until further notice.

No Drop-In participation will be allowed.

Fitness Guidelines:

  • Participants must remain at least ten feet apart during all activities.
  • Instructors and all participants of fitness classes will follow social distancing as required by guidelines.
  • Hand sanitizing stations available.
  • Masks may be required and social distancing will be followed.
  • Facility will be disinfected before and after each class.
