Join Master Trainer Meghan Bryant for this Tai Chi for Diabetes class. This form of Tai Chi is great for anyone as it helps to gradually increase strength and helps de-stress, which can aid in boosting our immune system. This form, designed by Dr. Lam for the Tai Chi for Health Institute, was created with underlying heart conditions in mind to slowly build stamina and balance that many are challenged with. Diabetes or not, we all could use a chance to de-stress with this simple set of forms. Modifications will be shared to allow anyone to join in. Chairs are available to assist with moves if needed.
