Join Master Trainer Meghan Bryant for this Tai Chi for Rehabilitation and Tai Chi at Work class. These two short sets, designed by Dr. Lam for the Tai Chi for Health Institute, are great compliments to each other. TCR is designed to help us strengthen our inner self and TCW helps us take that to environments around us. These two both take time to introduce the three different styles of Tai Chi (Chen, Yang and Sun) with different approaches. TCW gives the extra benefit of learning how to have different lengths of practice, so even when short on time you can still manage to enjoy your Tai Chi. Modifications will be shared to allow anyone to join in. Chairs are available to assist with moves if needed.
