Discover the sport of running and find the joy in becoming healthy and fit. Jenn Thorpe and Justin Bullock will put some spring into your step and build your confidence for other sports. This fun-filled program will focus on proper form, running etiquette, stretching, warming up, cooling down, and of course, FUN. Mock meets will be held for runners to experience. Participants ages 7 through 14 will learn the fundamentals of good health and exercise while getting into running shape. A t-shirt is included with registration. Runners will need to wear appropriate running clothing, bring a water bottle, and have a wear good athletic shoes.
