Louisa Youth Running Club

Are you looking for an opportunity for your child to stay active, build confidence and start what could be a lifelong commitment to being healthy? We encourage you to consider our new youth Running Club. This twice weekly fun-filled program for ages 7 through 14 will focus on proper form, running etiquette, stretching, and goal setting. The Running Club is led by Ceirra Caicedo, who was recently recognized by the Free Lance Star as one of the top track and Cross Country athletes of the past decade. Learn the fundamentals of track and field and cross country while achieving goals and developing healthy habits. A t-shirt is included with your registration. Runners need to wear appropriate attire, bring a water bottle, and wear good athletic shoes. This program will meet at the old high school walking track.
