MargaretAnne will start the class with gentle stretches then move on to balance exercises, techniques and movements that will strengthen your muscles, core work to tone your mid-section, and end the class with gentle stretches. As a result, you will improve your balance and core strength and reduce your risk of falling. This is a great class for first-timers, seniors, men and women wanting to improve their balance and flexibility, or folks with arthritis, long-term health conditions, or those recovering from injuries or surgery. All fitness levels are welcome. Please wear tennis shoes and bring a water bottle. Spend just one hour each week to discover how much better you can feel.
