Rooted in traditional practice, this Weekend Mind & Body Yoga class will help you discover your health and well-being through stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques. YOU can control your workout! Lightly stretch yourself to gently bring in your work week or you can challenge yourself to kick start your week off with a bang. Instructor MargaretAnne encourages you to bring a yoga mat and water bottle and start your week off focusing on you. Class meets each Sunday from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at the Henson Building. Join with a 5 or 10 class MA’s Weekend Mind & Body Yoga Punch Pass or pay the full-session membership rate for an even greater savings! There will be no class on Sunday, April 12th. If you want to purchase a Full-Session Membership after you have purchased a pass, you can still receive the discount; just pay the difference by January 10th.
