Join MargaretAnne as she helps you discover your healthy well-being through stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques. You control your workout: lightly stretching to ease your body into a new workout routine, or challenge yourself with a vigorous program designed to get the most out of your morning. Please bring your yoga mat and a water bottle, and come prepared to make your Saturday morning a time to focus just on YOU. There will be no class on Saturday, November 28th.
