Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga which is done while sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Chair Yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain. The poses done are adaptations of asanas done in traditional yoga practices. Yoga is a practice not a perfect. Don't forget to bring your mat, towel, water bottle and your mask. Namaste.
