Join Master Trainer of the Tai Chi for Health Institute Meghan Bryant in this class which will review all the forms of Tai Chi for Health. Tai Chi for Health was developed by Dr. Lam and his team to bring movements together to help participants improve their health and wellness, increase internal energy, and manage stress better. The new student course which is perfect for drop-ins ($5 per class), will cover one movement per class. For the continuing student ($8 drop-in), the additional time will be used to enhance their understanding and enjoyment of Tai Chi. Anyone who has ever taken Tai Chi will find this class to be a great refresher course. There will be no class on November 5th and November 19th.
