Jump With Us! Jump Rope & Hula Hoop Program

Jump rope is a fun and exciting fitness-based activity that encourages sportsmanship, teamwork, self confidence and discipline while fostering positive skill and character development needed to prepare youth for life’s inevitable challenges. Participants of both genders ages 8 and older will learn individual jump rope and hula hoop skills, partner skills, as well as long rope and double-dutch techniques. As skills progress, participants will learn a choreographed routine that will be performed on the final day of class for friends and family. This fast-growing sport now has teams at many colleges throughout the US! Join instructors Alayna Campbell and Shyla Merkel for this fun new program.
