Janice Hackney's HydroBOOST Water Exercise: Jump in the pool for a challenging water workout designed to get your heart rate up with a variety of cardio and strength training moves while having FUN! It’s a low impact, high intensity workout and Janice will coach you through a variety of exercises, including interval drills and resistance training for an exhilarating cardiovascular total body workout. Open to all levels, from beginners to advanced individuals, no swimming ability is required for this enhanced agility, endurance and core strength workout. Welcome to Janice’s LIQUID GYM! Don’t forget to bring your water bottle, towel and sunscreen. If you cannot commit to an entire session, drop-ins are welcome; only $8 for each class you attend. There will be no class on July 4th.
