Heritage Skills Workshop: Pomanders 

Come learn a historical craft or trade with the Louisa County Historical Society! Invite your friends and family - leave with good memories and possibly a new hobby!

All workshops are held at the Heritage Farm (near Sargeant Museum): 214 Fredericksburg Avenue in Louisa.

Pomanders made of an orange or apple studded with cloves and spices were a popular Christmas and New Year's tradition in colonial America. Participants will make and decorate an apple and orange pomander ball and treat them with a preservative to make them last! 

All materials provided; Ages 14 and older; 4 Min/10 Max

Saturday, January 6th  - 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m
