The Louisa Christmas Festival and Parade are two Holiday traditions that you always look forward to attending!
This year's theme is "CHRISTMAS STORIES & CHARACTERS." Each parade entrant will pick their favorite Christmas book or movie centered around a beloved holiday character such as Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph, gingerbread men, etc. to portray on a float!
