This is a great workout class that combines the many benefits of Yoga and Pilates. Yogalates is growing in popularity due to its positive effects on the body and the mind alike. It allows you to strengthen your core and stretch your body while opening up your mind. Perfect for everyone, regardless of physical fitness level, Yogalates is superb for flexibility, balance, muscle toning, and building endurance. Working within your own limits is at the heart of Yogalates; everyone has different strengths and Yogalates can easily be adapted to fit your individual needs. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and make sure you wear comfortable clothing. Certified Yoga and Pilates instructor Kim Smith will lead you in this class that is guaranteed to improve your physical fitness and stamina. If you know you will have to miss a few classes during the session, feel free to drop in to as many as you can for the $6 drop in rate.
