Take a break and spend time on YOU doing chair yoga! Using a chair as a prop, the class will be gentle enough for a well-needed break, but challenging enough so you will see the results. Improve your balance, strength, flexibility, stamina and mental alertness, and de-stress as you hold poses and flows with this alignment-based class. MargaretAnne will invigorate you and relax you in this class that will make you use your muscles, but won’t make you sweat ~ so you will be able to head back to work or run your errands after your workout. All yoga levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. If you can’t commit to the whole session, drop in to as many classes as you’d like for $8 per class. There will be no class on September 19th, November 14th and December 12th.
