Yoga 4 Teens

In this NEW class series, we will focus each week on what young teens need most to feel strong and flexible. Open to all teens ages 12 through 17 years old, Yoga can help create a better sense of self, health, and well-being. It can offer balance to academic and extra-curricular demands and compliments sports training and other physical activities. Join instructor Jenifer Elder in this 4-week class as she leads teens to explore a variety of Yoga poses, Yoga styles, and breathing techniques to calm, energize, and relieve the stress of a teen’s busy young life. Previous Yoga experience is NOT required. Don’t forget to bring a Yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Deadline to register is January 30th.
