| As part of the Northern-most right-to-work state on the east coast, Louisa County offers a non-unionized labor force of 15,635. Our county workforce is further supported by 750,000 workers through our natural connections to the Charlottesville and Richmond areas. There are also approximately 275,000 people living within a 30-mile radius of Louisa, about 141,000 of whom are in the labor force.
