This Board hears appeals from builders and/or building
owners when it is asserted that the Building Inspections Department has
improperly interpreted the Uniform Statewide Building Code. Appointments are made by the Louisa County Board of Supervisors, as required by the Uniform Statewide Building Code, Section 121.2, 1996 Edition. |
