Early Rise Yoga

Develop balance, strength, flexibility, and stamina as well as increase mental alertness and de-stress with this alignment-based Early Rise Yoga class. Let instructor MargaretAnne  invigorate you with uplifting yoga flows and poses and relax you with breathing and relaxation techniques. All levels of participants are welcome~from the person who has never taken a yoga class before to those already familiar with yoga. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle and join us for this class that allows you to focus on nothing but YOU. $9 drop-in rate available for those who cannot attend a full session. There will not be class on September 28th and November 23rd.
