MargaretAnne will use balance techniques, exercises and movements to strengthen your muscles and improve your core strength which will improve your balance and reduce your fear of falling. This is a great class for anyone wanting to improve their balance and flexibility - first timers, senior citizens, folks with arthritis or long-term health conditions and for those recovering from an injury or surgery. If you can’t get up and down easily from the floor - this class is for you too! All levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle and wear supportive shoes (comfortable sneakers are ideal). If you can’t commit to a full session take as many classes as you’d like for the $8 drop in rate per class. There will be no class on June 14th, June 19th, and June 21st. Four person minimum for entire session is required to offer these classes.
