Balance & Stretch Workout

MargaretAnne will use balance techniques, exercises and movements to strengthen your muscles and improve your core strength which will improve your balance and reduce your fear of falling. Each class will conclude with gentle stretches. This is a great class for first-timers, seniors, men and women wanting to improve their balance and flexibility, and those who have arthritis and long-term health conditions or those recovering from injuries or surgery. For those of you who can’t get up and down easily from the floor - this class is for you too! All levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle and wear supportive shoes (comfortable sneakers are ideal for this class). If you can’t commit to a full session take as many classes as you’d like for the $7 drop in rate per class. 4 minimum/30 maximum per class.
